The last word is a vibrant and festive cocktail to get you into the Halloween spirit! Our variation calls for slightly more gin than the traditional equal parts recipe. We do this to cut the sweetness a tad, and to let the herbaceous flavors of the gin and Green Chartreuse shine.
Green Chartreuse is a fantastic liqueur to keep handy in your liquor cabinet. Since 1737, this secret recipe has been concocted by the Carthusian monks in France. With hints of mint, sage, apple, and vanilla, green Chartreuse pairs terrifically with the sweeter flavors (vanilla, almond, cherry) of Luxardo Maraschino liqueur.
